Frequently Asked Questions

  1. When will I receive my first issue?

    We start processing your subscription as soon as you place your order. The actual delivery date of your first issue will depend on how frequently the magazine is published and when the next issue is scheduled to be distributed by the publisher. In general, your can expect your first issues in 4-12 weeks. Be assured these are the standard industry lead times.

  2. What if I need to change my address?

    At any time during your subscriptions, you may change your address by emailing the Customer Care Department at cc@ministrythroughmagazines.com


  3. What if I have a problem with my order and subscriptions?

    Contact our Customer Care Department. If we cannot solve the problem, we will contact the publisher for you.


  4. How do I renew my subscriptions?

    We keep track of it all for you. When your subscriptions are up for renewal, we will notify you either by email, by the U.S. Postal Service, or by phone and let you know. You may then renew either over the phone, by mail or through the Ministry Through Magazines website. We will email you an order confirmation upon receipt.


  5. How can I add additional magazine subscriptions?

    Come to the Ministry Through Magazine web-site and place your order and we will immediately contact the publisher. For your convenience you may renew your new subscription at the same time as your other magazine subscriptions.


  6. What if I already have a subscription to one of the magazine offered through Ministry Through Magazine, can I renew them through you?

    Not until your present subscription has expired. We are not trying to take customers away from the publishers, but rather assist Christian professionals and business people reach as many of their clients and customers with the claims of Christ as we can. Since you already subscribe to their magazine, please select another one of the other great Christian magazines we offer.

  7. For how many years may I subscribe?

    You may subscribe for up to and including three years. When your subscription is about to expire we will notify you and you may renew at that time. See the question: "How do I renew my subscription?" for more details.


  8. Will I receive continual renewal mailings from each of the magazine I subscribe to?

    No. One of the great benefits of ordering magazines through Ministry Through Magazines is that we handle all the renewals no matter how many magazines you purchase. One order, one renewal, no hassles!


  9. Is your site secure?

    Yes, we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the most advanced online ordering security technology. All personal data, including credit card number, is encrypted, making it safe for online transactions.


  10. Do you do any billing?

    No. In order to keep our prices low and provide the best possible service for our customers, we do offer several popular payment options including Visa, MasterCard and Discover. For those who prefer to pay by mail with a check or money order, print out the invoice directly from the website or the invoice which will be emailed to you upon completion of the order and mail it to us with your check. Please keep in mind that your subscriptions order will not be submitted to the publishers until full payment is received.

  11. Can I send magazines to someone else?

    Yes, we offer gift subscriptions to all our magazines and packages. Just enter the recipient’s information in the “Shipping Address” section.


  12. Why do you need my email address?

    Should a problem ever arise regarding your order or subscriptions we will notify you by email. We also send out email confirmations that your order has been process. We notify you of renewal information via email. Rest assured we will never supply your email address to anyone outside our company, and we will never spam you.


  13. Where do you ship?

    We can only ship to the United States.


  14. When I make a purchase, what name will show up on my credit card?

    The name on your statement will be "Ministry Through Magazines."


  15. How may I access my account and order history?

    On every page of our website, there is a "Customer Login" form. Simply enter the username and password you registered with to login to your account. You can only modify your customer profile. You cannot view or edit order information. If you ever have questions about your orders you may email us at orders@ministrythroughmagazines.com.


  16. What if I forget my password?

    At the bottom of each web page there is a "Recover Password" link. Enter your details and your password will be emailed to the email address of record.


  17. May I suggest magazines?

    Please do. We welcome all suggestions. If a magazine fits our mission and vision we will contact the publisher and invite them to partner with us. Whenever we add a new magazine title we will contact all our customers and offer them a special introductory rate. To suggest a magazine notify us at orders@ministrythroughmagazines.com.


  18. Do you offer refunds?

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your selections, therefore, if within the first six months you find that one of your magazine selections has not met your expectations, please let us know and we will send you a full refund (either 1/6 or 1/3 of the cost of your package) or you may substitute any of our other magazines at no additional cost to you.
